  2. Registration
    注册

    Register an account, you will receive an confirmation email, click the link to activate your account.

    注册一个账号，您将收到一封确认邮件，点击邮件中的链接以激活您的账号。

  3. Add Student
    添加学生

    Login your account, In your account home page.
    登陆您的账号后，在您的账号主页中有添加学生的选项。

  4. Select courses
    选课

    Click “Courses” on the top, and choose course(s) (including language classes and enrichment classes).

    点击位于页面顶端的 “Courses” 选择课程（包含语言班和兴趣班）

  5. Refund
    退款

    There are two deadlines for receiving full and half refund of the tuition. Books are not refundable, if the package is opened. 

    学费全额和半额退款的申请有两个截止日期。
    已拆封书籍恕不退款。

  6. Parent On Duty (POD) and the POD fee.
    家长值班与值班费用

    The responsibilities of the Parent on Duty (POD) mainly include the following tasks:
    （1）Patrol the area around the classrooms and common areas during recess to prevent unfamiliar individuals from approaching the classrooms. If any strangers are spotted, promptly notify the school staff member on duty.
    （2）Observe the children’s activities during recess to prevent excessive running or rough play, which may cause injuries. Encourage children to play in a respectful and safe manner, and to avoid damaging school property or public facilities.
    （3）Clean the classroom after school: pick up any debris on the floor, arrange desks and chairs neatly, and restore the classroom to a clean and orderly state.

    In principle, each student registration needs a POD. For families with 3 or more kid students in our school, two POD is required only.
    If the parent-on-duty is completed, the student will not need to pay the POD fee.
    However, the student will need to pay the POD fee $100, if the corresponding parent-on-duty is not finished.

    Notice: The POD dates in the new school year will be selected by parents.
    As the school calendar has not yet been finalized, the opening time for POD date selection will be announced closer to the beginning of the school year. The school will provide a selection window, and if no choice is made within that period, the school will randomly assign the POD dates.

    值班家长（POD）的任务内容主要包括：
    （1）课间时段巡视教室周围与公共区域，防止陌生人员接近教室，如果发现陌生人员，请第一时间通知值班校委。
    （2）留意课间休息时孩子们的活动，避免过度追逐打闹，以免孩子受伤；劝导孩子文明游戏，避免破坏学校财物与公共设施。
    （3）课后清洁教室：清理地面杂物，整理教室桌椅，恢复教室干净整齐。

    特殊情况：原则上，每位学生需要一个家长来校值班。如果一个家庭有三名或三名以上的学生同时在本校就读，一学年中这个家庭的家长只需要值班两次。

    相关费用：如果家长完成了值班任务，该学生将无需支付值班家长费用。然而，如果家长未完成相关值班要求，学生将需要支付 $100 的值班费用。

    注意：新学年开始，家长可以自行选择值班日期。
    由于新学年的中文学校的校历尚未确定，选择家长值班的开放时间将在临近开学前另行通知。学校会给一个选择的窗口期，如果逾期未进行选择，将由学校随机安排。
